Our Mission
At Heart Mind and Soul Therapy, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties.
My Approach
I believe in taking a client-centered approach to counseling, where I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals and develop a personalized plan for treatment.
For trauma specific healing, I use EMDR as an effective and empirically back treatment.
With couples, my approach focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) centering on communication skills and conflict resolution tools.
About Jessalyn
Jessalyn obtained her Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of California, Sacramento and her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University. Jessalyn has a passion for working with couples to assist with communication breakdowns, conflict management, trauma, and other struggles.
